Who We Are
Astrid Kahmke

For over 35 years, Astrid's career has been all about storytelling. From theatre to festivals, television, international feature films, transmedia storyworlds, virtual reality and immersive media to the latest developments in future technologies such as AI.
Astrid has more than 20 years of experience in the film industry, and over 10 years as a consultant, coach, project manager, festival director and curator with a focus on XR.
She produced international feature films, ran the First Movie programme for talent filmmakers and producers on their way to their first feature film for many years, curated the "I4C" conferences of the Bavarian Film Centre, ran the Virtual Worlds Festival in Munich. Since 2017, she is head of the European Creators‘ Lab, which is co-funded by the Creative Europe Media Program of the EU.
Astrid is a passionate networker and works on a project basis with artists, experts, creatives, and public and private institutions worldwide.

Agnieszka Kracla

Communications
Agnieszka graduated from the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School at the University of Silesia and studied Interactive Media and Performance at Adam Mickiewicz University. During her studies, she gained experience in social media communication and now continues to combine both her educational background in media with social media communication at IONDA .
Aside from her work, Agnieszka has a keen interest in sustainability movements, she has organized a series of workshops called "Zines for the Planet," focusing on using art to address climate change.
Agnieszka works at IONDA as Social Media and Content Manager and is in charge of communications.

Mads Damsbo

Head of Studies, European Creators' Lab
Mads is a creative producer focused on developing new narratives, utilizing new technology; provoking unexpected emotions and experiences in diverse audiences. Schooled as a Producer from the progressive filmschool Super16 and with a bachelor in Media Directing from the Danish School of Media and Journalism, Mads has since become an expert on the production of immersive media narratives, giving lectures, organizing workshops and teaching masterclasses all around the world.
Currently Mads is producing selected immersive projects including the worlds first feature film written by an AI, working as CEO and creative producer at Kaspar AI and acting as Head of Studies at the European Creators Lab.

Astrid has been a guest lecturer with a focus on "Immersive Storytelling" at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Munich, the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, the University of Television and Film Munich, SAE Munich, Ludwig-Maximilian-University Munich and has led workshops in cooperation with Bayerischer Rundfunk and ZDF.
